rules - PLEASE READ BEFORE you use how to....

these are the rules you MUST follow if you want to be able to use arrow. there aren't many to follow and they're only there to make sure you have MORE fun on arrow instead of getting nowhere!

1. no swearing or abusive language
2. no being mean or ganging up on other people
3. no rude or offensive pictures downloaded, and no photos of you or other people
4. don't put your or anyone else's full name down, just their first name or their username
5 don't put contact details (phone numbers, addresses, emals etc.) down

if you think any of these rules should be changed or taken away, then please post here. please also post here if you can think of any others that i might have missed out on.
